These are BA15s (1156) LED indicator bulbs designed to replace the standard bulb. They only consume 4 Watts but are as bright as the original indicator bulb. They are available in 6V/12V Dual Polarity Positive earth or negative earth They can be used with clear or amber lenses, overall length is 43MM Pt.no. LDIND12V / LDIND6V £7.95 ea. Standard flasher units do not work with LED indicators, an LED Compatible flasher unit must be fitted If a warning light is fitted, a "Tweaker" will be needed, see below.

Good quality metal bodied indicators, these feature a rubber seal between the body & lens to keep moisture out. The M8 mounting thread is over 30MM long so can be used to mount the headlamp at the front & mudguard at the rear. 49MM dia. & 65MM long. Don't look out of place on Austin 7s etc. & can be supplier with a panel mounting toggle switch. Pt.nos. These are reproductions of the Lucas indicators fitted to 1970s BSA, Triumph and Nortons. They are 2 5/8" in dia. If you fit a LED bulb in place of a std. warning light bulb it will only work on one side, left or right not both. You need a Tweaker.

LED warning light bulbs to suit the Lucas warning lights

These LEDs fit the Lucas warning light shown (all colours) and many others, also some magnetic speedo lights, C15 etc. They are 7MM in diameter & have 'shoulders' rather than locating pins. They are much brighter than the std. bulbs but are only available in white, so make the warning light appear a little milky. 12v are available in either Positive earth or negative earth. 12V Pt.no. LDBA7VP & LDBA7N 6V Pt.no. LDBA7-6V (dual polarity 6V only) £3.95 each. |
